• 1 lb Chicken
• 1 Onion, sliced
• 3 tablespoon Dhania powder
• 1 tablespoon Garam masala
• 2 Green chilies, fine chopped
• 1/2 tablespoon Turmeric powder
• 1 tablespoon Chili powder
• 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
• A pinch of nutmeg and pepper powder
• Cilantro leaves, fine chopped
• Salt to taste
• Oil as required |
| • | Heat oil in a pan.
| | • | Add onions, garam masala, green chilies, and ginger-garlic paste.
| | • | Fry until onions turn brown.
| | • | Now add chicken pieces, turmeric, pepper and chilli powder.
| | • | Cook it for about 5 minutes.
| | • | Add table salt and dhania powder.
| | • | Cook until it is done.
| | • | Garnish it with cilantro.
