• 1 Cup rice, raw
• 8 Pieces chicken
• 6 Cups chicken bouillon cubes
• 1 tbsp Butter or margarine
• 1 Small onion, chopped
• 1/2 Green Pepper, chopped
• 1/2 Cup celery, chopped
• 3 Cups water
• Salt to taste |
| • | Bring water to a boil in the Dutch oven and then add bouillon blocks to it.
| | • | Combine the other ingredients with bouillon and water, except chicken.
| | • | Now season the chicken with table salt and lay the pieces on the top of the rice mixture.
| | • | Cook it for about 1-1/2 hrs at 400 degree F.
