| • | Cut boneless chicken into little cubes.

| • | Add chilly powder, turmeric powder and table salt to chicken. Mix corn flour and egg the right way in a bowl.

| • | Add this to the chicken and mix.

| • | Marinate for 30 minutes.

| • | In a cooking pan heat up oil and deep fry chicken blocks until cooked.

| • | Drain the oil and keep aside.
|
| • | Slice green chillis into half.
|
| • | Heat some other skillet and melt down butter.
|
| • | Now add chopped up chillis and ginger.
|
| • | Fry for one minute and then add deep-fried chicken pieces.
|
| • | Fry below normal burn for 5 minutes.

| • | Garnish with chopped up cilantro and serve up hot.
