• 500 gms Boneless chicken
• 1 tbsp Ginger (minced)
• 1/2 tablespoon Turmeric Powder
• 7 Green chillies
• 1 Egg
• 1 tbsp Corn flour
• 2 tablespoon Chilly Powder
• Oil for frying
• 2 tbsp Butter
• Salt to taste
Cut boneless chicken into little cubes.
Add chilly powder, turmeric powder and table salt to chicken. Mix corn flour and egg the right way in a bowl.
Add this to the chicken and mix.
Marinate for 30 minutes.
In a cooking pan heat up oil and deep fry chicken blocks until cooked.
Drain the oil and keep aside.
Slice green chillis into half.
Heat some other skillet and melt down butter.
Now add chopped up chillis and ginger.
Fry for one minute and then add deep-fried chicken pieces.
Fry below normal burn for 5 minutes.
Garnish with chopped up cilantro and serve up hot.
