• 10 Chicken thighs
• 3 tbsp Light soy sauce
• 2 tbsp Dry sherry
• 1/2 tablespoon Fresh ginger, grated
• 3 tbsp Cornstarch
• 4 tbsp Sesame seeds
• Peanut oil, for deep frying
