| • | Mix maida, curd, oil and baking powder.

| • | Prepare smooth dough and keep it in a muslin cloth overnight.

| • | Grind ginger and garlic to make a paste.

| • | Heat the oil and fry onions until it changes brown.

| • | Add garam masala, reddish chilli powder, Cinnamon powder,

| • | ginger garlic paste & table salt to it.
|
| • | Fry it well.
|
| • | Add soaked chana and water
|
| • | Cook it until it changes thick.

| • | Add pepper and mango powder.
|
| • | Cook it for 5 minutes.
|
| • | Chhole is ready.
|
| • | Roll aside thick puris from the dough.
|
| • | Fry it until both the sides changes brown.
|
| • | Serve hot.
|
