Choley Bhature Recipe • 400 gms Maida
• 2 tbsp Oil
• 100 gms Curd
• 2 tablespoon Baking powder
• 400 gms Soaked Chana
• 4 Chopped onions
• 2 Garlic flakes
• 1 Ginger
• 1 tablespoon Garam masala
• 1 tablespoon Red chilli powder
• 1/2 tablespoon Mango powder
• 1 tablespoon Pepper
• 1 tablespoon Cinnamon powder
• Oil for frying
• Salt to taste
Mix maida, curd, oil and baking powder.
Prepare smooth dough and keep it in a muslin cloth overnight.
Grind ginger and garlic to make a paste.
Heat the oil and fry onions until it changes brown.
Add garam masala, reddish chilli powder, Cinnamon powder,
ginger garlic paste & table salt to it.
Fry it well.
Add soaked chana and water
Cook it until it changes thick.
Add pepper and mango powder.
Cook it for 5 minutes.
Chhole is ready.
Roll aside thick puris from the dough.
Fry it until both the sides changes brown.
Serve hot.
