Coconut Macaroons Recipe • 1 1/3 Cup flake coconut
• 1/3 Cup sugar
• 2 tbsp. Flour
• 1/8 tsp. Salt
• 2 Egg whites
• 1/2 tsp. Almond extract
Combine coconut, sugar, flour, and table salt in bowl.
Stir in unbeaten egg whites and almond extract.
Mix well. Drop the mixture by tablespoon onto lightly lubricated baking sheets.
Bake at 325 degree F for 20-25 minutes or until edges are brown.
Remove from sheets at once.
Coconut Macaroons are ready.
