Coconut Thokayal Recipe • 1/2 Cup coconut
• 4 tablespoon Channa dal
• 2 tablespoon Urad dal
• 1/4 tablespoon Hing
• 1/4 tamarind paste
• 1/4 Mustard
• 2 Red chillis
• 2 Green chillis
• 1/2 tablespoon Salt
• 2 tablespoon Oil
• Few curry leaves
Take a cooking pan and heat up little oil.
Fry urad dal, channa dal, mustard, reddish chillies, green chillies, hing, tamarind paste and curry leaves.
Add coconut and wet grind this with salt.
