| • | Grease a casserole dish with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 325 F.

| • | Heat oil in a cooking pan all over high burn and then add chopped up onions to it. Fry until brownish on edges, or for 2-3 minutes.

| • | Stir in reddish bell pepper and cook for some other 3-5 minutes.

| • | Remove from the heat, turn off the burn and set up aside to cool.

| • | Blend flour into corn and add sugar, milk, table salt and butter to it.

| • | Stir in beaten egg and sauted veggies.
|
| • | Pour into a lubricated casserole dish and bake at 325 degree F until firm.

| • | Corn Pudding is ready to serve.
