Crab Bisque Recipe • 1 Cup crab (leg meat)
• 1 Onion
• 2 Stalks celery
• 3 Cans milk
• 2 tbsp Butter
Chop crab meat into chunks
Cut onion and celery stalks into dices.
Heat the butter.
Add onion dices and celery.
Saute them until soft.
Mix in milk and crab chunks.
Cook it for 3 minutes.
Serve with saltines.
