• 12 ounce Fresh Cranberries
• 3/4 cup Sugar
• 1 cup Water
• 1 cup Apple (peeled, chored, diced)
• 1/2 cup Cider Vinegar
• 1/2 cup Golden Raisins
• 1/2 tablespoon Ground Cinnamon
• 1/4 tablespoon Ground Ginger
• 1/4 tablespoon Ground Allspice
• 1/8 tablespoon Ground Cloves
Take water and sugar in a normal saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil all over normal heat.
Now add the cranberries, apples, cider vinegar, raisins and spices to it; bring in it to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring often.
Pour the mixture into a mixing bowl. Place plastic enclose straight off on the surface of the sauce.
Cool the chutney to room temperature before serving.
