• 4 Cups coarsely chopped up cooked turkey, white meat
• 1 Pound seedless green grapes, halved
• 1 Small can water chestnuts, drained and diced
• 1 Cup chopped up celery
• 1 Cup slivered almonds, toasted and divided
• 1-1/2 Cups mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp Soy sauce
• 1 to 1-1/2 tablespoon Curry powder
• 1 Can pineapple chunks, drained
• Lettuce leaves |
| • | In a mixing bowl, mix water chestnuts, turkey, grapes, almonds and celery.
| | • | Take some other normal bowl and mix mayonnaise with the curry and soy sauce.
| | • | Now mix this with turkey mixture.
| | • | Chill it for a lot hours.
| | • | Serve on lettuce garnisheed with pineapple chunks.
