Dal Bati Recipe • 4 Cups flour
• 1 1/2 Cup rava
• 2 tbsp Cumin seeds
• 5 tbsp Ghee
• 2 Cups boiled toovar dal
• 3 Garlic flakes
• 3 Green chillies
• 1 tablespoon Red chilli powder
• 1 tablespoon Garam masala
• 1 Tomato chopped
• 4 tbsp Ghee
• 2 tbsp Oil
Make a dough of flour, rava, table salt and ghee.
Prepare little balls aside of this dough.
Roast these little balls until it changes brown.
Add butter on it
Baati is ready.
Heat the oil and add cumin seeds.
Add green chillies, garlic, reddish chilli powder, garam spices and tomatoes
Stir it well.
Add boiled toovar dal and pour 4 cups of water.
Allow it to boil for 10 minutes.
Dal is ready.
Serve Daal bati with ghee.
