Dal Bhajia Recipe • 400 gms Yellow moong dal (soaked)
• 4 Green chillies
• 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
• 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying
Chop the green chillis and coriander leaves
Grind the dal.
Add chopped up green chillies, cumin seeds, coriander leaves and salt.
Mix it well.
Heat the oil.
Take little pieces of the mixture.
Fry them all over normal heat up until golden in colour.
Dal Bhajia is ready.
