• Fish fillets (1/4 to 1/2 inch thick)
• 1 Cup all aim flour
• 1 tbsp Baking powder
• 1 tablespoon Salt
• 1 tablespoon Pepper
• 1/2 Cup water
• 1/2 Cup milk
• 1 tablespoon Vinegar

Mix dry aside ingredients together in a bowl.

Combine liquids stirring constantly until all lumps dissolve and batter is smooth.
