Dosa Recipe • 2 Cups raw rice (soaked)
• 1 Onion
• Fresh green chilles
• 1 Cup urad dal (soaked)
• 3 tablespoon Yeast
• 1 tablespoon Sugar
• 2 tablespoon Salt
• 1/2 tablespoon Mustard seeds
Grind the urad dal and rice in a blender.
Add rice to the dal batter.
Mix it well.
Add yeast all over hot water and leave only it to get soft.
Mix sugar and salt.
Stir in dal and rice.
Keep it for 1 60 minutes for fermentation.
Chop the onion.
Heat the oil.
Fry table mustard seeds, chopped up onions and green chillis until onions turn brown.
Keep it for cooling.
Mix in the batter.
Add little amount of coconut milk.
Heat the pancake and put little ghee.
Pour in the batter and cook until golden brown.
Serve with chutney.
