• 5 Eggs
• ¼ cup Butter
• ¼ cup Sugar
• ½ ltr Milk
• 1 tablespoon Vanilla
• ½ cup All-Purpose Flour (Maida)

For Hard Sauce
• 1/3 cup Butter
• ½ tablespoon Vanilla
• Nutmeg Powder
• 1 cup Sugar (powdered)
Heat a little cooking pan and put butter into it.
As the butter melts, add flour and sugar to it.
When it begins to thicken, add milk to it while stirring.
Cook the butter-milk mixture for 5 minutes and then, take aside it from fire.
Break the egg into a large normal bowl and beat them.
Add the beaten egg to the butter-milk mixture, while stirring.
Now, add vanilla to this mixture.
Empty the contents of normal bowl into a pudding dish.
Heat the oven at 350 degree F, and keep the pudding dish, in a cooking pan of water, in the oven. Bake the pudding for about 40 minutes.
Serve the egg pudding with tough sauce

For Hard Sauce
Beat the butter until fluffy.
Gradually add sugar to butter, while beating.
Now add vanilla and keep beating the butter.
Pour the sauce all over egg pudding and sprinkling a bit of nutmeg powder.
