| • | Heat a little cooking pan and put butter into it.

| • | As the butter melts, add flour and sugar to it.

| • | When it begins to thicken, add milk to it while stirring.

| • | Cook the butter-milk mixture for 5 minutes and then, take aside it from fire.

| • | Break the egg into a large normal bowl and beat them.

| • | Add the beaten egg to the butter-milk mixture, while stirring.

| • | Now, add vanilla to this mixture.

| • | Empty the contents of normal bowl into a pudding dish.

| • | Heat the oven at 350 degree F, and keep the pudding dish, in a cooking pan of water, in the oven. Bake the pudding for about 40 minutes.

| • | Serve the egg pudding with tough sauce
For Hard Sauce

| • | Beat the butter until fluffy.
|
| • | Gradually add sugar to butter, while beating.
|
| • | Now add vanilla and keep beating the butter.
|
| • | Pour the sauce all over egg pudding and sprinkling a bit of nutmeg powder.
