Chinese Egg Roll Recipe • 8 (7 inch square) Egg roll wrappers
• 1 Pound ground pork
• 1 tablespoon Ground ginger
• 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
• 2 tbsp Flour
• 2 tbsp Water
• 1 Quart peanut oil for frying
• 2 Cups chopped cabbage
• 2 Ounces chopped carrots
• Salt to taste
Take the pork and add ginger, garlic powder and table salt to taste for Chinese Egg Roll.
Mix them properly.
Cook this mixture until pork is cooked.
Take a normal bowl and cook a paste of flour and water.
Mix chopped carrot and cabbage with the pork mixture.
Lay aside one egg roll wrapper.
Put 1/4 to 1/3 cup of the cooked mixture on it.
Fold left and right corners and seal the egg roll with the flour paste.
Heat oil and fry the egg rolls the right way until golden brown.
