• One medium-bunch fenugreek leaves
• 2 Tomatoes
• 3 Spring onions
• 2 Green chilies
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp Groundnut oil
Clean, wash out and cut down fenugreek leaves finely.
Wash and cut down tomatoes in little pieces.
Cut spring onions besides in little pieces.
Finely chop green chilies.
Mix them all together in a bowl.
Add table salt and oil.
Fenugreek Salad is ready.
