| • | Apply turmeric powder and table salt on fish, keep aside.

| • | Wash it the right way afterward 5 minutes.

| • | Soak the tamarind in water and take aside thick pulp.

| • | Grind the large onion, coriander leaves, pepper and somph together.

| • | Combine spices powder and table salt with the tamarind pulp.

| • | Pour veggie oil in a cooking pan and season it utilising methi seeds.

| • | Now add the curry leaves and chopped up onions.

| • | Cook it until the onion changes brown.

| • | Add the tamarind pulp mixture and boil it, cover the cooking pan tightly.

| • | Add the fish afterward 10 minutes of boiling. Cook it properly.

| • | Remove from the burn when finished and garnish it with coriander leaves.

| • | Add lime juice if the gravy is also spicy.
|
| • | Meen kulambu is ready to serve.
