| • | Marinate the fish pieces with a pinch of salt, turmeric powder, reddish chilli powder and citrus limon juice. Keep for overnight.

| • | Heat oil in a cooking pan all over normal flame, add onions and fry until golden brown.

| • | Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies to the onions. Sauté for 2 minutes.

| • | Add tomatoes pieces to the above and cook for some other 2 minutes, or until the oil separates.

| • | Add garam masala, coriander powder, table salt and a cup of water to the above.
|
| • | Add marinaded fish pieces and cook until fish is done. Now, allow it cook all over a low burn for some other 7-8 minutes.

| • | Put off the flame. Garnish the dish with coriander leaves.
|
| • | Fish Masala is ready to eat. Serve red-hot with boiled rice.
