French Fries Recipe • 2-1/2 Pounds russet potatoes, stripped
• 1 Cup all-purpose flour
• 1 Cup veggie oil for frying
• 1 tablespoon Paprika
• 1 tablespoon Onion table salt
• 1 tablespoon Salt
• 1 tablespoon Garlic table salt
• Water as needed
Slice white potatoes into strips and place them into ice-cold water, so they won't turn brownish while preparing the oil.
Take a large skillet and heat up oil on medium-high flame.
Meanwhile, sift the flour, garlic salt, onion salt, salt, and paprika into a large bowl.
Slowly stir in enough water so that the mixture can be drizzled from a spoon.
Dip white potato pieces into the batter one at a time, and place them in the red-hot oil.
Place one at a time, into the skillet or they will clump together.
Fry until golden brownish and crispy.
Remove it from the burn and drain on paper towels.
