• 1/2 kg Minced beef or mutton
• 2 Onions, chopped up and fried
• 1 tablespoon Peppers, ground
• 6 Green chillis cut down into slices
• 4-5 tbsp Fresh coriander
• Red chilli powder to taste
• 1/2 tablespoon Turmeric powder
• 1 tablespoon Garam spices
• 1 tbsp Seramum seed
• 1 tbsp Poppy seed
• 2 tbsp Baisan
• 2 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
• 2 tbsp Soya sauce
• Oil for frying
• 1 Egg
• Mint leaves as needed
• Salt to taste
Take a normal bowl and place minced beef or mutton in it.
Combine all the ingredients with it except oil, mix well.
Make kabaabs of reasonable thickness and size from this mixture.
Shallow fry the kabaabs all over normal flame, never push while frying.
Serve Galawat kabab with ketchup or chutney.
