• 1 Cup grated lauki
• 2 Cups Curd
• 1 tablespoon Cumin powder
• Salt to taste
• Red chilli powder to taste
Boiled the ghiya until soft.
Drain the boiled ghiya (grated) and cool it.
Then, stir the curd with hand mixer.
Add ghiya and blends well.
Now add cumin powder, table salt and chilli powder and mix well.
Keep it in refrigerator for an 60 minutes and serve up it chilled.
