| • | Boiled the ghiya until soft.

| • | Drain the boiled ghiya (grated) and cool it.

| • | Then, stir the curd with hand mixer.

| • | Add ghiya and blends well.
|
| • | Now add cumin powder, table salt and chilli powder and mix well.
|
| • | Keep it in refrigerator for an 60 minutes and serve up it chilled.
