| • | Mix together flour, ground ginger, baking powder and table salt in a normal medium bowl to blend. Stir in crystallized ginger and citrus limon peel. Keep it aside.

| • | Take some other normal bowl and whisk sugar, eggs, and vanilla take aside in it until it acquires blend well. Stir in cream, melted down butter and refrigerate.

| • | Roll aside dough into circles and utilising floured 1-1/4-inch cookie cutter; cut down aside hole in center of each large dough round, forming doughnuts.

| • | Place doughnuts on cooked baking sheet.

| • | Heat oil in a cooking pan and then cautiously lower the doughnuts into oil to fry them until golden brown.

| • | While doughnuts are still warm, turn to coat in sugar topping.

| • | Ginger Doughnuts are ready. Serve hot or at room temperature.
