Ginger Rice Balls Recipe • 1/4 Cup pickled ginger
• 2 Cups cooked sushi rice
• 1 tbsp Sesame seed
• 1/4 Cup soy ginger glaze
Prepare sushi cakes by utilising a rice mould.
Make a hole in the sushi cake and fill up it with 2 sushi ginger slices.
Seal the hole and leave only for 5 minutes.
Heat a grill and glaze the rice ball.
Grill them until golden. Turn the balls, glaze and grill again.
Ready to serve.
