| • | Prepare sushi cakes by utilising a rice mould.

| • | Make a hole in the sushi cake and fill up it with 2 sushi ginger slices.

| • | Seal the hole and leave only for 5 minutes.

| • | Heat a grill and glaze the rice ball.

| • | Grill them until golden. Turn the balls, glaze and grill again.

| • | Ready to serve.
