• 12oz Penne pasta
• 2 lb Tomatoes halved, seeded and chopped
• 7 oz Feta cheese crumbled
• 1 Cup chopped up green onions
• 6 tbsp Chopped freshly parsley
• 1/4 Cup chopped up freshly dill
• 1/4 Cup extra-virgin olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
Take a large pot of boiling salted water and cook pasta in it until tender but still firm, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, mix the left over ingredients in a large bowl, mix well and set up aside.
Drain and add red-hot pasta to tomato mixture, mix well.
Season the Greek Style Penne with table salt and pepper and serve up it.
