| • | Preheat grill on high.

| • | Put oysters on red-hot grill.

| • | Cook for 5 minutes until oysters open.

| • | Carefully take aside the top shell, keeping on juices.
|
| • | Blend together butter, wine, citrus limon juice and parsley.
|
| • | Spoon it all over oysters.
|
| • | Again broil it for 5 minutes.
