• 1 lb Lean ground lamb
• 1-1/2 tablespoon Dried oregano, mashed
• 2 Cloves garlic, mashed
• 1 tablespoon Onion powder
• 3/4 tablespoon Pepper
• 1 tablespoon Salt
Take a large normal bowl and mix all the ingredients in it, mix well.
Shape them into 1/2 inch thick patties.
Broil for about 8 to 10 minutes until no longer pink.
Cut thinly and serve up with chopped up tomatoes, pita bread, thinly chopped up onion, yogurt sauce and cucumber.
