Hanukkah Doughnuts Recipe • 1-2/3 cups Flour
• 1 cup Sour Cream
• 2 tbsp Sugar
• 2 Beaten Eggs
• 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
• 1 cup Powdered Sugar
• 1 cup Oil for frying
• 1/2 tablespoon Salt
Mix all ingredients except oil and sugar in large bowl.
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Place the doughnuts into oil carefully. Take 1 tbsp at a time.
Fry for about 5 minutes.
Take aside from oil and drain on paper towels.
Roll the doughnuts in powdered sugar.
Doughnuts are ready to serve.
