| • | Place the egg in a pot containing ice-cold water.

| • | Put the pot all over high heat up until the egg attain a rolling boil.

| • | Reduce the heat up to normal and boil them for an more 10 minutes.

| • | Now take aside it from the burn and pour ice-cold water into the cooking pan at once, until all the red-hot water is replaced and egg are absorbed in chilled water.

| • | Hard boiled egg are ready to serve.
