| • | Put coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, garlic, ginger paste & citrus limon juice in a mixer & grind it to a paste.
| | • | Cut Paneer in large slices.
| | • | To the grinned mixture add curd, salt, garam spices powder, chat spices powder. Marinate Paneer in this mixture for one-half an hour.
| | • | You can cook it in a tandoor, or put little oil in a cooking pan & cook it on high burn or heat up oven to maximum heat up & cook for ten minutes.
| | • | Garnish with onion rings & serve up hot.
