| • | Preheat the oven to 325 degree F.

| • | Clean the turkey, put aside the giblets and organs and keep it in a roasting cooking pan with a lid.

| • | Take a little normal bowl and mix olive oil, garlic powder, dried aside basil, ground sage, salt, and black pepper in it, mix well.

| • | With a basting brush, apply this mixture to the external of the raw turkey.
|
| • | Now Pour water into the bottom of the roasting cooking pan and cover it.
|
| • | Bake it for about 3 to 3-1/2 hrs until the inner temperature of the densest piece of the thigh measures 180 degree F.
|
| • | Take aside the bird from oven, and allow stand for 30 minutes before carving.
