• 1 tbsp Olive oil
• 1/3 Cup Italian-style dry aside bread crumbs
• 1 tablespoon Dried basil
• 3 tbsp Romano cheese, grated
• 3/4 tbsp Garlic table salt
• 1 tablespoon Dried oregano
• 1/3 Cup ground Italian sausage
• 1 (8 ounce) Package cream cheese, softened
• 6 Hungarian red-hot peppers, cored and seeded
Place the sausage in a large, deep skillet.
Cook all over normal high heat, until evenly brown.
Drain, crumble and set up aside.
Preheat oven to 350 degree F (175 degree C).
In a normal bowl, mix together the sausage, cream cheese, garlic salt, romano cheese, oregano, basil, bread crumbs and olive oil.
Stuff the red-hot black pepper with the sausage mixture.
Place on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until the stuffing is lightly brownish and bubbly.
Hungarian Hot Stuffed Peppers is ready.
