| • | Wash the tamarind and dates.

| • | Put them in a cooking pan and add asafoetida, jaggery, chilli powder and salt.

| • | Pour 4 cups of water and boil for about 20 minutes.

| • | Allow it to cool. Sieve the mixture.

| • | Imli ki Chutney is ready. Keep it in refrigerator.
