• 1 kg Chicken breast, cut down into strips
• 1/2 Cup water
• 2 tbsp Soy sauce
• 2 tbsp Minced onion
• 2 tbsp Dried parsley
• 1/2 tablespoon Garlic powder
• 1/2 tablespoon Garlic table salt
• 1/2 tablespoon Cayenne pepper
In non-stick wok, pan, or large non-stick skillet, mix all ingredients.
Cover and simmer all over very low temperature (simmer).
Turn chicken afterward 2 minutes.
Continue simmering and turn chicken frequently, until chicken is full cooked.
Indian Cayenne Chicken is ready.
