Indian Shrimp Curry Recipe • 1/2 kg Shrimps
• 1 Tomato, fine chopped up
• 2 Onions, fine chopped up
• 2 tbsp Oil
• Coriander leaves, chopped up

• Masala/Paste:
• 2 Green chilies
• 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
• 1 tablespoon Coriander seeds
• 1" Ginger piece
• 2 Garlic flakes
• 1/2 tablespoon Turmeric powder
• 2 tablespoon Kashmiri mirch powder
• 1/2 tablespoon Garam masala
• Salt as per taste
• Water as needed
Wash and clean the shrimps.
Blend all the ingredients needed for the paste/masala.
Heat oil in a pan.
Fry the onions until golden brown.
Add tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the paste and simmer it for 2 minutes.
Add shrimps and water as required.
Let is cook for 5-10 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Indian Shrimp Curry is ready.
