• 4 Large ripe tomatoes, chopped up 1/4 inch thick
• 1/3 Cup freshly basil leaves
• 1 Pound freshly mozzarella cheese, chopped up 1/4 inch thick
• 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
• Freshly ground black pepper to taste
• Sea table salt to taste |
