• 4 Large ripe tomatoes, chopped up 1/4 inch thick
• 1/3 Cup freshly basil leaves
• 1 Pound freshly mozzarella cheese, chopped up 1/4 inch thick
• 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
• Freshly ground black pepper to taste
• Sea table salt to taste
Take a large plate and disjunctive and overlap the tomato slices, mozzarella cheese slices, and basil leaves on it.
Drizzle it with the olive oil.
Now Season with table salt and pepper and serve.
