Italian Spaghetti Recipe • 1 Pound spaghetti
• 5 Large cloves of garlic, minced
• 1/2 Cup additional virgin olive oil
• 1/4 Cup freshly parsley, fine chopped
• 3 Dry red-hot reddish chilli peppers, crushed
• Salt as needed
Cook spaghetti in the salted boiling water.
Meanwhile, heat up the oil in a heavy saucepan.
Combine the garlic and chilli black pepper to it and cook until sizzling but not browned.
Remove it from the fire.
When the pasta is cooked al dente, take aside a little cup of pasta water and drain the pasta.
Transfer the pasta to the pot and add garlic, chilli oil to it.
Mix well on normal burn until hot, adding a little pasta water if the mixture appears dry.
Combine the parsley to it, mix the right way and serve.
