• 1 cup Jowar Flour
• 1 cup Warm Water
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp Ghee
Mix the Jowar flour, hot water and table salt to form smooth dough and leave only it for 15-20 minutes.
Knead well and split it into equivalent portions.
Roll aside each piece into a roti and put it on a red-hot griddle all over normal flame.
Cook from both sides and then put it straight off on the burn to puff up.
Turn it all over during puffing and put off the flame.
Now smear a 1/8 tablespoon of butter all over the Jowar Roti. Serve hot.
