Kachori Recipe • 1 Cup flour
• 1/2 Cup yellowish moong dal (soaked)
• 1/4 Cup gram flour
• 1/4 tablespoon Fennel seed powder
• 1/4 tablespoon Cumin seed powder seed powder
• 1/4 tablespoon Garam spices
• 1/2 tablespoon Red chilli powder
• 1/ 4 tablespoon Baking powder
• Oil for frying
• Salt to taste
Mix flour, table salt and baking powder and make smooth dough.
Grind the soaked yellowish moong dal.
Heat oil and fry grinded dal lightly in it.
Mix all seed powder, gram spices and reddish chilli powder.
Cook it until it changes dry.
Add gram flour and stir it for while.
Stuffing mixture for kachori is ready.
Roll aside little balls of equivalent size aside of the dough.
Stuff the mixture in it and seal the edges.
Heat the oil and fry the balls until it changes brown.
Serve it with green chutney.
