• 1/2 Cup chicken
• 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
• 1 tbsp Fish sauce
• 1 Garlic flake (smashed)
• 3 Cups cooked jasmine rice
• 1 Egg (beaten)
• 1/2 tablespoon White pepper
• 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
• 1 Cucumber
• 2 tablespoon Red peppers
Cut chicken into pieces.
Peel the cucumber and cut down into slices.
Heat the oil.
Put chicken pieces and cook until pieces are cooked.
Add fish sauce
Keep it aside.
Heat the oil again.
Now add smashed garlic and rice.
Mix the cooked chicken to rice mixture.
Stir it together.
Now add soy sauce, beaten egg, pepper and sugar.
Stir fry until rice grains are separated.
Adorn with chopped up cucumber and reddish peppers.
