| • | Add curry leaves, mashed garlic and chopped up onion.

| • | Add white potatoes and fry it.

| • | Mix chopped up tomatoes, turmeric powder, chilli powder and sambhar powder.

| • | Add tamarind pulp, table salt and water.
|
| • | Boil it for 5 minutes.

| • | Now add dal powder and coconut milk.

| • | Cook it all over low flame.

| • | Kara Kuzhambu is ready.
