Kathi Kebab Recipe • 450 gms Lamb (chopped into square pieces)

Paste of:
• 1 tablespoon Cumin Powder
• 1 tablespoon Chilli Powder
• 1/2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
• 1-1/2 tablespoon Coriander Powder
• 5 Garlic Flakes
• 1/2 tablespoon Pepper
• 1/2 tablespoon Ginger Powder
• 1 tbsp Cooking Oil
• Salt to taste
Rub the ground paste all all over the surface and marinade for about 4 to 5 hours.
Smear the lamb pieces with little oil and put it through skewer.
Grill the pieces on a red-hot oven.
Keep turning them occasionally.
Brush more oil if necessary.
Kathi Kabab is ready to serve.
