| • | Mix besan, oil, table salt and sugar.

| • | Take a container and pour the paste in it.

| • | Steam cook it in a force cooker it for 15 minutes.

| • | Keep it for cooling.

| • | Khaman is ready.

| • | Heat the oil.
|
| • | Add table mustard seeds, sesame seed and green chillies.

| • | Fry it for minutes.
|
| • | Cut the khamman into square pieces.
|
| • | Spread deep-fried green chillis and seed on pieces.

| • | Adorn with chopped coconut powder and coriander leaves.
