| • | In a large bowl, mix corn flour, maida, ajwain, mangrella, and table salt to taste.

| • | Add 3 tbsp of butter and water.

| • | Knead the dough until soft.

| • | Make little balls and roll aside each of them to round shape.

| • | Cut them into one-half and lubricate with ghee.
|
| • | Fold into triangular shape.

| • | Heat oil and fry on low flame.
|
