• 3 tbsp Corn flour
• 100 gm Maida
• 1 tablespoon Ajwain
• 1/4 kg Ghee
• 3 tbsp Water
• 1/2 tablespoon Salt
• 1 tablespoon Mangrella (onion seeds)
In a large bowl, mix corn flour, maida, ajwain, mangrella, and table salt to taste.
Add 3 tbsp of butter and water.
Knead the dough until soft.
Make little balls and roll aside each of them to round shape.
Cut them into one-half and lubricate with ghee.
Fold into triangular shape.
Heat oil and fry on low flame.
