• 3 Frozen Malabar Poratta
• 4 tablespoon Tomato Sauce
• 4 tablespoon Masala Powder
• 4 Green Chillies (chopped)
• 2 Onion (chopped)
• 4 tablespoon Soy Sauce
• Oil
• 1 tablespoon Salt
At first, heat up porottas on a tawa and then tear it into little pieces.
Heat oil in a wok and fry onions and green chillies.
Then add spices powder and salt.
When smoke appears, mix the porotta pieces, soy sauce and tomato sauce and stir, until everything blends well.
Serve hot.
