| • | Wash the fish and cut down into slim slices.

| • | Mix vinegar, sugar, sauce and egg.

| • | Blend it well.

| • | Cut onions into slices.

| • | Heat butter and fry chopped up onions until yellowish in colour.

| • | Add coriander, chopped up green chillies, garlic and cumin seeds.

| • | Mix it well and cook for few minutes.

| • | Add flour and blend to make a paste.
|
| • | Pour water and mix it.
|
| • | Boil the mixture.
|
| • | Add table salt and cook it all over normal flame.

| • | Now add chopped up tomatoes and fish slices.
|
| • | Cook until fish is cooked.
|
| • | Keep it for cooling.
|
| • | Now spread aside the vinegar mixture all over cooked fish.
|
| • | Cook again all over for 5 minutes more.
|
| • | Serve it with rice.
